Let’s Talk About Loyalty and Choice
We are delighted to introduce ourselves as part of our new partnership with the NCDA. Our role is simple: to provide you, as an NCDA member, with access to the best available rates for your insurance needs; expert support; and the confidence that comes from knowing you’ve explored all options available to you.
We warmly welcome you to contact us for insurance quotes - whether you’re exploring the market for the first time - or have been with your broker for many years. While loyalty is a value we respect and understand, after years of providing great cover for a wide range of clients, we know that true loyalty should always be built on trust, service, and value.
When a professional relationship has been in place for a long time, it’s easy to get used to a certain level of service and assume it’s the best available to you, but that may not always be the case. Getting a fresh, new quote allows you to test the market, ensure you’re receiving real value, and confirm that your broker is genuinely working in your best interest.
We also want to touch on something we often see - situations where we work hard to find the best available rates for clients’ insurance needs, only for their existing broker to suddenly undercut that price at the last minute. While we understand that saving money is important, this raises a question: if your broker only provides a competitive rate when faced with competition, are they truly prioritising your best interests? Or are they relying on familiarity, only ‘stepping up’ under pressure or if they think they will lose you as a customer?
We encourage members to see us not as a “pricing exercise”, but as a partner who can provide transparency and a wide range of available options from the outset. If your broker consistently makes you rely on others to find better rates, it may be worth reflecting on whether that loyalty is being rewarded in the way it should.

AGM - SATURDAY 7 FEBRUARY 2026
PARK PLAZA HOTEL, COUNTY HALL, LONDON
Bookings are now open online and as in previous years 2 FREE places for the day are offered to each member firm.
The Park Plaza, London, is offering an NCDA rate of £168 per room and there are a number of hotels in the area offering great rates for early booking.
This will be a day event with packed afternoon, followed by a drinks reception and a dinner with committee and partners, at a venue tbc, subject to numbers.
