Following feedback and voting from NCDA members, the Committee is delighted to confirm that the 2027 NCDA AGM & Members’ Event will be heading north to Manchester. We are committed to ensuring our events remain accessible to members across the UK, and member feedback played a key role in selecting this year’s location.
We look forward to welcoming members to Manchester for what promises to be another informative and engaging event, bringing together the UK's independent courier and same-day delivery sector.

Industry-focused presentation and discussion. Speaker details to be confirmed and the aim is to include an Industry Panel / Member Discussion. Offering an opportunity to discuss current industry challenges, emerging trends, and topics affecting courier and same-day delivery operators. | |

Following the close of the AGM and Members' Event, guests are invited to remain for the NCDA Awards Reception, where drinks and canapés will be served as we come together to celebrate the achievements, innovation, and dedication demonstrated across our membership. Based on feedback from members, this year's awards presentation has been given a dedicated time slot to ensure that each award receives the recognition it deserves. As well as celebrating the winners, we will also be highlighting the achievements of our shortlisted finalists and sharing the reasons behind the judges' decisions, helping to showcase best practice and success stories from across the industry. As in previous years, each NCDA member company will be entitled to two complimentary delegate places for the day conference, should you wish to join the committee for dinner a small fee will be levied.
Additional places will be charged as follows:
- Day Attendee: £50 inclusive of VAT
- Day & Dinner: £80 inclusive of VAT
- Dinner only: £30 inclusive of VAT
